- Working Schedule: 6 days a week (1 day off)
- Working Hours: Minimum 2 hours to maximum 12 hours per day

Booking Process
To confirm your booking, a non-refundable advance payment of NPR 2,000 (service charge) is required. Payments can be made through mobile banking.
Once your booking is confirmed:
- A caregiver will be arranged within 4 to 12 working days
- Caregiver details, including citizenship information, will be shared via WhatsApp or Viber
Evaluation & Replacement Policy
- A 1-week evaluation period will be provided after the caregiver starts work
- If you are satisfied, you may continue with the same caregiver
- If not satisfied, you must inform us with valid reasons
Replacement Policy:
- Up to 1 replacement per month is allowed
- Service charge remains valid for 2 months only
- Requests after 2 months will require a new booking and service charge
- No temporary replacements will be provided during caregiver leave

- The second party is not responsible for any loss or theft at the customer’s premises.
- If a caregiver leaves due to misbehavior or abuse from the first party, the company is not obligated to provide a replacement.
- The customer must pay the caregiver’s monthly salary directly at the end of each month.
- A non-refundable booking fee of NPR 2,000 is required to reserve a caregiver. This remains valid for 2 months from the booking date.
- After 2 months, any request for a replacement or new caregiver will require a new booking and service charge.
- The company will not be responsible for any future legal issues or disputes.
- For safety purposes, the customer should verify and collect the caregiver’s original documents, including citizenship and family contact details.
- After the 1-week trial period, the customer must inform the company:
- If satisfied: continue with the caregiver
- If not satisfied: pay salary for the days worked, and a replacement will be arranged
